 Adjustable Footrest Assembly  
 
 
1. Install uprights (If any) before the power strips.  Center plug strip on back of workbench. Insert screws using an electric drill.
 
2. Insert bolt through footrest, then through frame.
 
3. Tighten hand knob against tube.
